In 2018 Erik Vandor, the band’s guitarist decided to remaster the 17 year old debut album of Scythe, the “Icon of Malformed Daintiness”. The second installment of the remaster series is the title song, which has a distinct gothic-necro feel to it, with the additional chromatic madness, sprinkled with some irony / mystery. The original material was recorded, mixed and mastered in Yellow Studio Budapest.
